Ryan has been a tremendous help to both of my boys! Ryan has been absolutely amazing. My 13 year old son has been working out with him for 5 months now. His level of dedication to his workout program is largely attributed to Ryan's ability to connect with him and the positive affect that has on his motivation. After dealing with 2 seasons of growth plate issues in his elbow and shoulder we consider ourselves fortunate to have such a valuable resource in our corner.
Ryan has been such a blessing to me since I tore my meniscus last year! He’s given me so many strengthening exercises for my knee and other muscle groups. The personalized workout plans that he crafted specifically for me have been so beneficial in getting my body ready for this upcoming baseball season. He’s also an overall great Christian guy and I couldn’t have asked for any other person to be my physical therapist/trainer this past year or so!
