“The environment is very comfortable and calming. All of the physical therapists are very educated and professional.
My mobility, flexibility and strength has dramatically improved since the start of PT (over a month ago.) I always don’t feel in as much pain when I leave.
But the reason behind not giving a full five stars is because the woman that is pregnant on the left side, the front desk associate. She always seems like she is being inconvenienced and has such a bad attitude. I understand pregnancy is far from easy but she just acts very rude. And it’s not very welcoming. I understand having to pay bills but it’s just not calming walking into her attitude.”
