“Sheltering Arms is known for being a good PT location for patients. I don't go here for PT, but my mom and I both see Doctors here. My mom has been a patient of Dr. Hawkins/Erin NP for a few years now. I started seeing Dr. Makon almost a year ago for migraines here and I'm so glad Dr. Hawkins gave the recommendation to see her as a physician. Dr. Makon really takes the time to listen to patients concerns, answers the patient portal pretty quick and if you leave a message she returns the call and is very thorough! I love having her as my Dr because I feel she really has my best interest and my migraines have improved seeing being under her care. The physicians here in the outpatient Drs. Office are helpful! The location is connected to Bon Secours MRMC! There is one woman that is a PAR at the third desk who is wonderful! She is always friendly and helpful.“

“I recently began going here because of issues with my neck and lower back. The issues with my neck resulted in severe migraines lasting days at a time. I was a bit optimistic going in because I'd tried deep tissue massages from other places in the past with not much success. However, this place has completely changed my opinion on massages. This has hands down been my best experience yet. The level of professionalism, knowledge and dedication is refreshing. Alex is a miracle worker!“
