I started working with Andy Royalty and The Royal Treatment last winter and I have had 9 sessions with him so far.
I am extremely pleased with my progress! In these nine sessions we primarily concentrated on restoring and increasing my flexibility. ( I am 75 years old). So far my flexibility has increased between 35 and 40%! Another benefit I received is that he diagnosed my right lower back pain as an glute issue where the gluteus medius attaches to my hip. Through dry needling and specific glute oriented exercises, my back hasn't felt this good in years in spite of the fact that I had been seeing a chiropractor regularly. On my first visit, Andy corrected some swing errors that I had acquired while recovering from surgery and watching internet golf tips. Since then, he continues to assess my progress and provides exercises that help enable good golf. He is a physical therapist with golf knowledge and he combines both to improve your golf skills!
