“I've been going here for concussion physical therapy (a thing that I didn't know existed until 3 concussions have happened in a calendar year!), and I love the staff. Everyone is so friendly. Lindsey and Nick are fantastic and have helped with concussion education and exercises to support the physical and visual impacts of my injury. Ms. Sandy is so kind and makes walking in the door such a joy.“

“The Staff at this location is wonderful. Dr. Sharma is a kind and caring doctor who does wonderful work. Now, the lady Tracy, who sets the pre-surgical appointments, is supposed to contact you; she never calls you to schedule the appointment. When you call her office, you will get an answering machine that says she will return your call in one or two days, but she does not return your call. This is so unprofessional. My mother was supposed to have surgery in August, and here it is, the 24th of September, still waiting for that per-opt appointment. I don't get it, is Tracy not replaceable? I will be getting in touch with the main VCU.“
