McLean Animal Hospital has cared for my cats for 10 years. The veterinarians are caring and gentle, especially Dr Sullivan. She explains everything very well and keeps us up to date on new developments in cat care.

This was our first appointment here after moving from overseas. We needed our dog to get updated shots and they were able to use her pet passport to determine what she was missing. The office staff were super friendly and I really liked Dr Cryder.

Having frequented McLean Animal Hospital since 1989, we have had a chance to experience the facility (rebuilt/renovated some years ago) and the staff. As any business, staff have come and gone...however, some have been with this practice for almost the entire time we have been going...including DVMs, medical assistants and administrative staff. In our experience, staff retention is one mark of professional excellence.Another mark is effective,accurate, compassionate, timely care.
