Just moved from the west coast and needed to set up care for our Boston Terrier. The team from reception to the nurse and Dr Gordon were friendly, professional and thorough. The communication via text / app is stelllar and the office automatically submitted a claim to our pet insurance. Dr Gordon had familiarized himself completely with our dog’s medical records and performed a thorough exam explaining his care plan in detail. Ample parking. Conveniently located. Highly recommend.
I got a same day appointment!!! It was a wonderful experience. Ear infection has been treated.
We took our corgi, Porkchop, to Small Door Vet and had a great experience. Nurse Ashley was fantastic. She listened carefully to our worries about Porkchop’s anxiety with needles, and worked with us on our plan. We brought his donut, harness, and yogurt. She was patient, respectful, and didn’t rush us at all. We felt heard and supported. Really appreciative of that kind of care, and we’d happily see Nurse Ashley again ☺
