“Phil arrived to the estimate for mold removal at the designated time. He has excellent verbal communication skills and quickly understood the mold remidiation problem. Phil also has excellent written communication skills. His proposal was clearer than the two competing contractors invited to address our mold problem and was also less expensive. Moses and Leyser were the two PuroClean technicians that did the mold remediation work. They were both efficient and we had pleasant interchanges. Moses pointed out that the bathroom ventilator duct was obstructed with a bird next that should be cleaned out before the drywall was installed . The bottom line. I got good work from people with good communication skills at a competitive price; I am grateful to Moses for pointing out the exhaust vent problem. Thank you for a job well done!“
