“We found some unexpected water damage during a remodel. Andrey was quick to respond and asked me to send some photos of the damage. He assessed the situation, sent me an estimate, and answered all of my questions over the phone.
There was no fear mongering or price gauging. Andrey was honest and pragmatic. His assessment was inline with what I originally thought and the estimate was better than if I had rented the equipment and tried to do this on my own (since the damage was small and localized it didn't make sense to go through insurance).
A member of his crew set up the equipment and Andrey came out on the last day. He answered all of my questions and even took a look at other places around my house that I had concerns about. It can be hard to find ethical and good natured companies - this is one of them!
