Douglas Rodriguez was absolutely amazing to work with! He was kind, polite, and truly professional. He knew what he was doing and worked much faster than expected…Needless to say he did a splendid and thorough job.He went out of his way to clean our rugs on a different floor of the house to keep the smells as far away as possible from my 2month old baby….very thoughtful and considerate!The turnaround time is amazing too! Wow! Amazing from beginning to end! Douglas is an awesome guy. He did a GREAT job on our rugs, chairs and sofas. They are like new!! A few minutes after he came in, my dog pooped on the floor, and he was so sweet about it, reassuring me that the carpet will be spotless when he's done. I will hire you again and again!!! Thanks!
