I can’t tell you how happy I was to find this guy again! I used his services back in 2019 for a move out carpet cleaning. He worked a miracle on a spot in the basement…I had no idea what it was, but it was the consistency of hydraulic fluid (idk how/why it was there)…he got it out!

Fast forward four years…I needed my carpets cleaned and went with the FB recommendations. $700+ later and I was so disappointed. This year, as I was scrolling, I saw Jackson’s Carpet Cleaning pop up and it rang a bell. A little research and voila! I’d found him, again!

He just cleaned six rooms and a hallway yesterday and he was just as I remembered. Carpets are not only spotless, but he’s a great guy…I paid a little extra for some pretreatments and he “gifted” me some extra areas. He didn’t nickel and dime me. Bottom line, I paid almost half of what I paid for the FB recommendation one year earlier.

Do yourself a favor and call this company….finally, the customer is a priority.

I definitely recommend this company. Talk about carpets looking brand new and smelling amazing!!! I’m in disbelief. They were able to get stains that were in my carpet that no other company could get out. They’re very professional company and timely and treated my home with care.
