The doctors also find practical solutions if a problem arises. For example they suggested Zyrtec for her allergies instead of pushing something expensive.“

It smelt good, all the dogs getting dropped off looked comfortable instead of scared, and most of all it was very clean! Located in the cutest community, the Pawsh Dog wash lived up to all the other phenomenal reviews. I have a 13 year old Lhasa apso and they made her look better then I ever imagined. It is a great set up, because when I dropped her off for grooming I brought my two other dogs to use their self serve baths. They provide great quality soap, conditioner, brushes and my helped get me set up right away. The staff was all so friendly, and the owner was so kind and hands on with everything. I’m a very happy dog mom with 3 very clean pups!“

“Brought our five year old super anxious golden doodle Saint for a very overdue grooming appointment. They were so attentive and took excellent care of Saint. We were concerned that Saint would be a difficult client for them and may end up looking rough because he was very matted and overgrown. We were blown away with how well Saint looked after his appointment. No cuts, scrapes or bald patches. He looked adorable and we will definitely be coming back for all of his future grooming needs and not wait so long either. They were understanding of her nervousness, especially separation anxiety. When I called to check in on her, they responded with patience. They were supportive and honest on how she was doing.

“As a husky owner it’s difficult to find a groomer that has patience and knows how to handle huskies. Took my baby to get groomed and it was 10/10! Full grooming, bath, nails and deshedding and he came out looking amazing and happy. Hes a typical husky that doesn't like water or getting his nails cut but they were able to do everything. I recommend them for others fellow husky owners :)“

“The grooming department is excellent. I have never disliked a hair cut my dog has gotten here. Kathy is super friendly and tries to get to know your dog. As far as Veterinary care, it's great, but seems a bit expensive to me compared to some other places. I toured the boarding facility today and I will just say I highly recommend taking a tour of ANY boarding facility prior to leaving your dog overnight. While the employee who gave the tour could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable, this is not a place I would board my dog based on the look and feel of the boarding facilities. It was not bright, cheery, happy, or fun looking whatsoever. The opposite.“

“We’ve been visiting Kaiser for grooming appointments for the last 8 years for our two corgis. Laura and her team has always been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and loving with our corgis…one of whom doesn’t love the grooming process. So it’s no surprise that we reached out to her for advice when our corgi, Gatsby, was having intense resource guarding issues. I reached out for advice as I was feeling like we had no choice but to rehome him. She offered to come over the next day to assess his behavior and offer some training support as a last ditch effort. I am SO glad I did because he has been a changed dog the last several months. We’ve worked with countless trainers on this issue and none suggested the strategies she offered but her strategies worked almost immediately. She looked at him holistically and offered ideas for us to build his trust, offer a calmer environment, all while managing his problematic behaviors. We went from feeling like we had no chance but to rehome Gatsby to feeling confident about supporting him and his needs. We can’t recommend Laura and her team enough!“
