The groomers are knowledgeable and detail-oriented, explaining the services provided to the owners. Mark was exceptional in handling pets, ensuring enjoyable and stress-free experiences with pool toys. They offer indoor/outdoor fun with 24/7 operations and nice boarding rooms with cameras, windows, and TVs. Larger suites are comfortable for 2 dogs. They are great at taking requests and providing quick responses to concerns, putting owners at ease. They offer a verbal report of how pets did and who they played with. Great add-ons like massages, swimming, and treats are available. Due to high demand, it's recommended to book boarding services in advance.
Mark has been our groomer for 4 years now, and we love him like family! He is so patient and caring with our fur baby, and she looks perfect after every groom. She hops in the car excitedly when I tell her we’re going to see Mark!
We had an issue with another groomer while Mark was out of the office for a few weeks, but the manager handled it with care and professionalism and was more than accommodating to resolve the situation, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Bella is my 10 year old German Shepherd Dog and needed some deshedding. She is not a fan of kenneling, so I was able to book her an in-and-out appointment! She was done in record time and came out clean and about half her weight once her extra hair was gone!! I love them and thanks!
They always take good care of our girl. Never worry about her when she's at OTPR.
