Can not thank Sandra enough 🥰 As a nervous dog owner, after a few bad cuts else where I felt so welcome and she took the time to get to know chewie my dog before i left him there She got down to his level and for a dog that doesn't wag his tail much it was definitely wagging She remembered we had spoke about him being sensitive to the fragrance shampoo and it was no trouble at all that she purchased a more appropriate product for him, very grateful for that We've never been asked about the shape of his beard before either so this was a nice personal touch and he looks very handsome He didn't leave in a hurry like previous places and also didnt seem too fussed that i had come to collect him... So i think thats all in all a good sign that he had fun and now has a new groomer /friend See you next time 🐶
