Grace took exceptional care of my dog, Kobe. Even though I came in last minute, she was incredibly accommodating and made sure he received full attention without rushing the process. She gave him a thorough wash, brushed him beautifully, trimmed his nails, and carefully cleaned his ears.
What truly stood out was her professionalism and genuine kindness—she is friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. Kobe was comfortable and well cared for the entire time.

I’ve taken my Shih Tzu, Prince, to Pet De Lite several times now, and every single time they exceed my expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly loves what they do—they always greet Prince like he’s royalty (which, let’s be honest, he fully believes he is).
His grooming is always perfect: soft, clean, and trimmed exactly how I like it. They pay attention to the little details, from his paws to his face, and he always leaves looking like he’s ready for a doggy magazine cover. Plus, he smells amazing afterward—like a tiny, fluffy spa day.

very kind to your dog and sometimes friendly to you. just kidding about the last part they are always very polite and friendly to humans, too. my dog is always super cute after grooming here and smells wonderful, too
