It started when i I phoned the office and spoke with a most pleasant receptionist (Kelly?) that was easy to understand, organized, and quick to book my appointment. Kieth and Owen arrived early, were polite, well-mannered and very knowledgeable. They went right to work on my air conditioning unit. Found that it was a clog in the trap and cleaned it out in no time. They explained how the drainage system works so I may be able to fix the problem myself next time.

After completing the problem, they went outside the house to see my AC unit and to look for any other issues that may occur or be related to the original problem.
