We called KD after having ARS Rescue Rooter tell us we needed to replace our system because it needed a $2,000 part and they wouldn’t put a $2,000 part in a system that is 10 years old. Not really their call but the fact that they were pushing for us to get a new system made me want to get a second opinion. Glad we did. Roger from KD came out and assessed the problem which was a simple issue of the drain line for the humidifier had become clogged and was causing a sensor that detects such a problem causing the furnace not turn on as a safety measure.
