“Luciano and his team saved my family from impending disaster. We had a licensed general contractor do some home remodeling for us. They opened up 2 areas, one of which was an entire wall. We asked the former contractor if the wall was load bearing multiple times and they insured it was not. Long story short a few years later the ceiling began sagging, which they said would be the drywall settling-wrong! On top of that they never came back to address the cosmetic concerns I had with the sh*t paint job and butchered trimming/ framing. Well thankfully I found Luciano! After having other contractors come and quote us, he was the most prompt and knowledgeable. As weary as I was about the general contracting process given my experience, I chose him. He was transparent about his license, experience, insurance, and pricing. Luciano addressed every concern i had within two days. He reinforced the foundation and installed the proper support for the ceiling. Also their attention to detail is amazing even if they are fast, because they have over 20 years of experience in building homes. If you need to remodel or fix something in your home structure, he’s it!“

“absolutely amazing experience. Everyone at Creative Contracting was amazing and so easy to work with. I wanted the painting to start the day that I closed on my new house and I wanted to be able to move in within 2 weeks of closing and Brad made it happen! I had every square inch of my house painted in less than 2 weeks and it looks like it took a month. These guys are perfectionists and take the time to do it right and still get the job done on time. There were even multiple unforeseen things along the way that required a lot more time to do correctly and Brad upped the manpower to get them done and stay on schedule. He turned down a painting job because the surface wasn't aged enough to accept the paint and would have been ruined within a few weeks. I didn't know that. “Brian and his team completed a primary room addition (w/ADA accessible bathroom) earlier this year. We enjoyed the experience so much that I'm submitting another request for a full bathroom remodel (literally today), with a kitchen remodel coming.Let me tell you why I recommend them...(1) The upfront pricing made everything super transparent. We knew how much everything was going to cost before even starting the job and we understand changes to cost as the team found other issues (like plumbing updates) during the remodel. (2) Upfront scheduling kept the job moving as advertised. We could view the schedule a head of time and adjust our plans around what was coming up and have confidence that Brian and team were actually going to get that task completed. (3) Brian and his team are just wonderful humans. We were never talked down to, we were treated as equals in the process and we just really enjoyed every interaction.
