They took time and care to place tarps down to prevent less dust on our floors, respected our place by taking off their shoes indoors, cleaning the windows, and triple checking that the windows are fully insulated! They were very quick and efficient, but made sure everything was done correctly. They also took the time to clean up after themselves as if nothing happened. Lastly they explained to us how to clean and use our windows!

“We went with Shiner to replace all 26 windows in our house. From the sales call to the actual installation, Shiner was professional, courteous, and responsive. We had easy contact with the project coordinator, who kept us informed with progress of our install. The only delay was the window manufacturer running a week late producing our large order (not Shiner's fault). Shiner provided a large crew that installed the windows in a single day (including frame repairs) and finished the exterior trim the next day. Based on our experience, we recommend considering Shiner for exterior projects.“

Their crew came out a few days later before the weather was about to get bad again and replaced the rake board cladding. It looks great and is attached more securely than before. Bill showed us the options, gave suggestions, accommodated our requests, detailed the steps involved and kept us updated along the process. He personally came to our home multiple times to show us how it will be done in detail and made sure all our questions were answered. They didn't stop moving the whole time there were here, really just dug in and got it done.The wrap looks awesome, everything is tight and caulked.
