They put tarps around the entire house and they started stripping the old shingles at 8AM and were through laying the new shingles by 1PM. Cleaned up everything and were gone by 130P. “I'd rate our project 4.5/5 stars overall, but I'm OK with rounding up. I waited a while to write a review because I personally don't find reviews written immediately after contractor work finishes to be useful. What if everything seems great but isn't a year or two later? We had a tree fall on our house about 2.5 years ago, and we hired Robert and co. to repair our roof, replace our siding, replace our back gutters, and replace our front door. Robert himself was great. Very confident and experienced, and not afraid to voice his opinion on any doubts or counter-suggestions I made during the project (and I had/made quite a few). The work was done professionally and quickly (started in April and ended late August which was good considering the scope of the work). It wasn't cheap, but no quality work is cheap these days. The only blemish was the subcontracted company that put in the new gutters. They did it wrong at first, causing water to leak into a bedroom, but the owner of the gutter company quickly came out and personally fixed the issue. Overall, I would recommend Wadden Construction.“

“American Home Contractors is a reputable company that stands behind their work. I hired them to replace my roof and siding and am happy with the quality of the work. They recently sent a tech named Miguel to tune up my roof and clean my gutters that they also installed. He was very thorough in inspecting my roof and took pictures to show the work he performed including sealing and adding new gaskets. For the gutter cleaning, in addition to blowing away the debris, he used a brushed to remove the stuck on pollen to give it a thorough cleaning. Again, he showed me the before and after pics. Miguel was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Another job well done!“

“We went with Shiner to replace all 26 windows in our house. From the sales call to the actual installation, Shiner was professional, courteous, and responsive. We had easy contact with the project coordinator, who kept us informed with progress of our install. The only delay was the window manufacturer running a week late producing our large order (not Shiner's fault). Shiner provided a large crew that installed the windows in a single day (including frame repairs) and finished the exterior trim the next day. “Several years ago in 2015, KCSI did a great job replacing the siding on my single-family home, detailing all of the window trim, and replacing a sliding glass door with a patio French door. Recently, in 2025, I initiated a new home improvement project that would impact some of the siding on the rear of the house.
