I had an emergency raccoon invasion in my attic, and they came out on a Sunday afternoon to plug the hole and protect home from water damage. “Charlie came over and assessed our roof. He let me know we'd need a new roof and wouldn't recommend fixing the leak as it wouldn't last and would be wasting money. I plugged a hole in one valley which stopped the leak there, but sure enough, another leak sprung in the opposite valley a few months later.
