“My first visit to I Care Doctor Herndon was a very pleasant experience. The staff was patient and took their time with me during my visit. Dr. Ghannam is cool,calm and efficient conducting my eye exam which was long due. Ms. MJ was charming and pleasant, and explained my benefits and options for all eyewear purchases. She too was calm and knows her stuff. Customers need this type of customer service.
