I was looking for a new eye doctor and found EyeDoc Dulles. I am greeted upon arrival and the ladies at the desk are pleasant and efficient.I have seen Dr. Neeraj Jalota at all of my appointments. She has a great bedside manner and has been open to trying different options for my dry eyes. She explains things so I can understand them, and she is cognicent of medicines that may or may not be covered by insurance.Several of the employees speak Spanish and English, so I have seen a versatile group of patients. I would definitely recommend EyeDoc Dulles!

Very good, friendly, optometry doctor, and front desk staff handling my insurance for the eye exam part of my visit. Not so good, or knowledgeable staff handling my insurance for the purchase of frames and glasses part of my visit. I was asked to come back later when someone more knowledgeable of my insurance was working. The fact that the front desk and doctor were very good, though, will keep me coming back for exams.

It was a great experience. The stuff was very cool and Dr Chang was very friendly and professional. She listened very carefully and understood all my issues and later she explained everything. She showed me the results and explained how it works and it's conditions. I had a wonderful experience.
