I have never used Target Optical before. My eyesight has changed drastically in the past several years, and I wasn't able to find the right pair that fits my needs and expectations. I was uncertain to try Target Optical in Chantilly, but I'm glad I did. Shantay was helpful and understanding. She answered my questions and addressed my concerns, and in the end, I got 2 pairs that are a perfect fit. Thank you for the great service!
I stopped in after having a poor experience at a different company earlier in the day. I was feeling kind of bummed about that, but my trip to Target Optical put me in a great mood again. :-)Nichole was excellent! Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient... Enough can't be said! I left having bought new frames and lenses, happy with my purchase and realizing I think I've found my new go-to spot for buying glasses!
Shantay 224614 was the best. She helped us with such an authentic kindness and we have great experience. Customer service now a days are really bad but Shantay is exceptional! Keep up the great work Shantay. Optical in Chantilly VA.
