I enjoyed the class - it was challenging and fun at the same time! Plus, everyone in the class was really nice and welcoming. They work with people or varying levels and I will be recommending and bringing friends with me to come here in the future! I ended up investing in classes after my first class!

I have practiced with TPY off and on, because of COVID, for a couple of years. I enjoy the flow classes and they work for me time wise. I am picky regarding the instructors. Overall they all have wonderful qualities, however there are a few that reach me. My favorite is Liba, however she does not do evening classes any longer. I have replaced her with Nick instead on Fridays and I am always surprised by how enjoyable the practice can be. I am not really in much of a routine schedule but hopefully plan to be soon. Im a newbie and this was great experience. The instrutor, Sarah, was a kind, patient and knowledgable intructor. It was such a peaceful and tranquil yoga class. I was nervous about the "hot" part but it was truly a much better than the yoga I have experienced in my regular gym setting. Its a nice aized space and many regular attendees that shared giudance and advise during set up. I am sincerely looking forward to my next class.
