It’s nice to visit an audiologist who doesn’t heard you through like cattle. This place is small and extremely attentive to the individual. Pam the receptionist was warm and welcoming. And Dr. Kristin was so thorough and honest with her testing. I can’t recommend them any higher than 5 stars. If I could I would.

I had such a great experience with my makeup artist! She was extremely professional, welcoming, and respectful from the moment I arrived. She started by properly cleansing my face based on my specific skin type, which I really appreciated. Throughout the entire process she used new brushes for each step of my makeup, and her sanitation practices were absolutely amazing. She also took the time to ask plenty of questions to make sure the look matched exactly what I wanted. On top of that, she gave so many genuine compliments that made me feel confident and comfortable the whole time. Her attention to detail, cleanliness, and care for her clients truly stands out. After struggling pretty badly with postpartum depression, I found myself in a place where taking care of myself — including something as simple as my hair — was nearly impossible. My haircut was amazing. I was very nervous about getting shorter curtain bangs, but my stylist was very nice, talked with me about what I had hoped for, and was attentive. It was a big change for me. She did an amazing job and styled it perfectly! Very happy with how it turned out; I will be coming here for all of my haircuts, and I am eager to try other services.
Mary Hill is the absolute best. She has been keeping my hair right since 2014 and I wouldn't have it any other way. She is extremely skilled when it comes to helping you pick a cut, style, and color that looks good with your face shape and completion. I have had so many styles and colors of the years and everytime I leave her chair feeling refreshed with a cut I can manage from home.
Took my autistic boy in, he hadn't had his hair cut for MONTHS, I used to cut his hair then he wouldn't let me. He finally let me take him somewhere. I didn't catch the lady's name but she took his super curly long moptop and transformed him back into my handsome boy lol. Will definitely return with him!

Love this place! Got the French manicure for a wedding I was in and the blue for my best friend’s baby shower. Both are gel manicures. The price was really good, they were very gentle and made sure I liked the color/style. They are very friendly. 10/10 highly recommend.

I haven’t had my nails done in 3yrs. Today is my 30th birthday and I was recommended by another nail salon to visit here. Annie was my nail technician for my manicure. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of my technician for my pedicure, but both of them did a wonderful job. I will definitely visit again when I’m in town.

When I was a student at JMU I stumbled upon this place primarily for convenience. But it's been 5 years - I've lived in San Diego and NYC and she is still the best I've ever seen. Normally I get threading and tint done and it lasts for at least 1-2 months. I've refrained from writing a review because people who know her, know her and it's already hard enough to get a spot in line when you visit. But I have to report that this is an excellent location for getting your eyebrows done in a natural and thicker aesthetic. If that's something you're looking to do then this would be a good stop.

I called and asked about walk ins and they took me right in! I got checked in quick, signed a concent form, picked my jewelry, and Sara took me back and was so sweet! the whole process took maybe 20 minutes! she went through the cleaning process, gave me her card, and recommended me saline products for cleaning the piercing! I will be back!
sara is so sweet, when getting a piercing she talked me through it and actually made a connection with me to make sure i was comfortable. she does a wonderful job and makes me laugh even when i was really anxious.

My electric mower needed a replacement handle and with it being warranty an electrician had to install. Dave didn't charge for the diagnostic and was lightning fast with the installation, once the part was in. They be the only place in Harrisonburg that is willing to try to offer electric mower service when they didn't sell the mower. Give them a call. You won't regret it. Thanks to the Armentrouts!!

Tony and the crew at Mid Valley Electric did excellent work with our residential electric project. Tony came to our house twice to meet with us and talk through a project we had in mind. He was thorough and clear when explaining the process and expectations, and patient with our questions. He was able to come out and complete the work just as soon as we were ready, and his crew did quick and clean work installing an overhead light and adding outlets! We are so happy with the outcome and very grateful to Tony and crew for their careful work and professionalism.

Your installer crew (2 guys) came yesterday to put down our new flooring in living room and dining area. They did an excellent job!
The crew leader was Daneel. Both men were very professional, worked quietly (except for the tool noises), and communicated with us easily during the 6 hour visit. You have a really good crew there.
Sustainable Solutions helped us with some major renovations on our house, including a new den, guest bath, laundry room, master bedroom, master bathroom and garage. It was a big job that included taking down walls, deleting doors, constructing a stone fireplace, installing large custom cabinets and more. The renovations took place on two sides of the house and spanned several months, which could have made it intensely invasive. While any renovation of this magnitude will be disruptive with the owners in the house, Sustainable Solutions minimized the impact as much as possible. The project manager, Denny Riggleman was here every morning at 8 a.m. sharp and would explain to us what was going to be done that day and over the next few days. He is the ultimate professional and went beyond the call of duty every single day. An owner, Neal Lewis, was hands on and offered numerous recommendations during every stage of the renovation. If something wasn't right, he and Denny would fix it. They worked closely with our designer, Gabby Koontz of Rendered Homes (who is also incredible). Everything was done on time and within budget. The workplace was always left clean and picked up. Every single day. They clearly respected the fact that we were still living in the house and it wasn't just a construction pit, but our home. There were never any surprises. If an outside contractor did not do something perfect, Sustainable would hold them accountable and fix it (although it was rare as their subs are top-notch as well). Overall, their work was masterclass. They are honest, knowledgeable and care about what they are doing. They care about the end product and and did not call the project done until it was completely done (including sending in a cleaning crew when everything was completed). We are extremely pleased with the the renovation and the end result. I'd hire them again in an instant and would recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

I've been going since I was a kid. Best dentist in Harrisonburg, has the best bedside manner and him and his team really treat you like family. He's so quick with the tooth extraction but extremely efficient in what he does I will never go to another dentist ever.
When my inlay filling fell out Sunday night, I was anxious about getting it taken care of quickly before a flight out of town. I called Dr. Batchelor's office Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled for Wednesday. She was thorough from the start, taking a quick X-ray to assess the tooth before proceeding.
I got a new filling put in and the entire appointment took less than 45 minutes. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. As a patient without insurance, I was also relieved to find the cost very affordable.
Professional, friendly, and thorough. I have NEVER found them to push $$$ products or extra care that is not needed, which is greatly appreciated.
Great people/staff. Dr Dean is very friendly and caring. The hygienist were so nice and easy to talk to. Great front desk staff and schedulers. I think I am in good hands here.
The staff was amazing and so kind they made me feel comfortable especially since I was so nervous about going to the dentist for thr first time in a very very long time I would so recommend them to anyone with children and even adults they was amazing

I have been treated twice by Dr Glazer. The first time I had a lot of pain in my jaw after having a difficult molar extraction. After one session the pain was largely gone and after I did the exercises he gave me and had a couple of follow-up sessions my jaw was completely okay.The second time I saw him was for a pain in my shoulder and neck. Again, after a few sessions and using the exercises he gave me, I was fine again.It is my experience that when joint and muscle pain are involved, chiropractors are much more effective than medical doctors. Dr. Keefe always takes time to make sure he works on every area that is bothering me. He never forces me to come more than I feel like I need to. The professionalism and ease of comfort working with both Dr. Gilbreath and the entire support team is amazing. I came in with intense pain, using a cane for acute sciatica, and they have helped me work through that with precision and care. I recommend this practice as their thorough treatment plans are about continued health not just quick fixes. I won't go other places ever again.

Amazing! From start to finish the staff were all amazing. We aren't from around here and needed our injured puppy to be seen and they squeezed us in to see Dr. Hall. The staff were very friendly and professional. Thank you to each and every staff that were very patient with our scared Charlie who never likes going to the vet.

Our vet recommended Dr. Connor for at-home care for our senior cat. She was able to help us with end-of-life care and was very compassionate and helpful throughout the entire process. We wished we would have met her under different circumstances, but we highly recommend her to anyone needing at-home vet services for their pets.
Dr. Conner is a wonderful veterinarian for all of our pets and fosters. The animals clearly feel comfortable with her. We have recommended her to many friends and they their friends. She is a talented and compassionate Dr.
We had an very nice boarding experience last weekend. The staff there, Kaitlyn and Callie, when we picked the dogs (8 years and 13 years old) up, were great! Callie gave us lots of information on how the dogs behaved while they were there. She complimented them and even paid special attention to the 13 year old to be sure he ate his supplements. Our dogs, Nori and Otis absolutely love it here! Kira is fantastic and does so well with people and dogs! She always makes our pups look so cute and soft, and props to her for being able to handle our energy filled pups! Very intimate studio, classes are often small. Sue is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had! Very knowledgeable, attuning her classes to the requests of her students but also encouraging us to try new things. Now that I've moved, I really miss this studio!
I went to my first yoga class in more than ten years Saturday with Suzanne and it was perfect - good work modifiable to the level I walked in at that left me feeling steady and worked, but not debilitatingly sore or weak or anything that would keep me from coming back. In fact, I just left a class with Niki today that felt very different and was also accessible, possible to go to whatever edge I wanted to reach and modify as needed and without penalty (and with possible modifications offered as the norm, just as with Suzanne). Trying to care for myself again with as much vigor as I care for my kids/family and this is a helpful, whole way to start.
I’m so happy I found Restorative Massage Therapy. Katelyn is amazing and I always leave feeling fantastic. She always does something a little different to target my chronic issues and it’s basically essential maintenance for me at this point. I highly recommend her and this spa.
