“If you are considering building a home, do not hesitate to let Valley Custom Homes bring your home to life! This company has some of the best people working for you, constantly! My husband and I were not sure what to expect throughout the construction process, but VCH was guiding us the entire time! They are committed throughout the entire build, and are always quick to answer any question or concern you may have!
We began customizing our home with Tony. He took the time to help us with all our ideas while making sure we were making the right decisions. He was never pushy, and made us feel so comfortable in VCH buidling our home. He is the nicest man!
Fay and Sherry in the office are the sweetest and most consistent people to work with! They will not let your project go unnoticed, and help guide you through all steps in regards to the daunting permits, financing, etc. We can't thank these ladies enough!
Lastly- our construction manager, Justin. We would not have survived this home build without Justin. He was so consistent with almost daily communication and updates. Justin would always go the extra mile with other vendor contacts and quickly took care of anything we ever could've asked or needed. We never once felt like our project was stalled or behind. Justin kept everything running smoothly and ensured our home was taken care of as we would have wanted it to. He worked so hard for our project and we are so appreciative of Justin and all his efforts, care, and time he put towards our home! He is amazing!
I can not say enough about this company and their team. If you want to build a home- choose Valley Custom Homes. You won't regret it!”
“We have only been in our home a short time but Love the Preston Lake Area. What has really stood out to us in terms of the builder is our construction manager, Sarah. Her integrity and honesty gave us confidence as we were closing. She followed through on what she said, communicated clearly, and handled everything with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find someone so dependable.”
