Heritage Memorials provided excellent customer service and helping design, create and install memorial marker and foot stones. The entire team gave a fair price and did a great job. Options was presented made decisions easy in a difficult time. Install was ahead of schedule and the quality was very great. Families was impressed with the helpful, patient advice and the fun process.
My wife and I wanted to pre plan our final arrangements. Heritage Memorials provided us excellent customer service in helping us design, create and install our memorial marker. It's was actually a fun process. Becky and the entire team did a great job on our memorial and gave us a fair price.
Our Family was very impressed with all the options that Kevin presented to us. He made our decisions easy in a very difficult time. He patiently answered all of our questions and gave helpful advice when choosing the headstone for our Dad. Thank you Sir!!
I met in person with Mark, Becky and phone conversation with Kevin to get a stone monument carved and placed in advance for myself. Any time we think of or experience death is not an easy place to be. All these people were considerate, kind and professional with patience and understanding. The stone monument was placed timely and I've very pleased. As I considered options the advice and confirmations of my ideas were what I needed for the final product to be exactly what I want. The price was better than the funeral home offered and the quality of work couldn't be better. I highly recommend this company in every way. Thank you all!
