Yesterday, Daniel R. came out to repair our upstairs unit. He was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. The problem turned out to be a short and a wire issue that wasn’t obvious, but he took the time to carefully diagnose and troubleshoot the system until he found the source of the problem and fixed it correctly.

What impressed me most was his dedication. Our attic was 124 degrees, and he spent a considerable amount of time up there working under very difficult conditions without cutting corners. That level of commitment is not something you see every day.

I also appreciate that their technicians always wear shoe coverings in my home and are kind and patient with my dogs, who can be a little loud and enthusiastic when visitors arrive.

We had an emergency situation at our house involving a leaking pipe behind our furnace. Craig and Zach took care of us immediately.
It was a complicated job and not only did they explain everything that was going on and what they needed to do but they also went out of the way to make modifications to our unit to help avoid future issues with getting our hot water heater out of the utility closet.
