Buck at Blauch Brothers came to my rescue today! After a recent renovation, our brand new bathtub faucet lever started to leak. Buck showed up within hours of calling, listened to my long winded explanation of what had been happening and took the time to find out what was going on. I had a sewer backup at my townhouse after hours and the other plumbing company failed to show twice. I called Blauch Brothers on a Saturday morning and they were able to arrange for a plumber to come. Josh was so amazing! He switched things around so that he could come right away since we hadn't been able to flush the toilets since the previous night. He cleared up the backup quickly and was very friendly and professional!
