Came in to get a spare key made for my commercial vehicle. Omar was simply fantastic! He made the best possible match for a unique key. I walked to the store for exercise and completely brain farted that the key should be checked on the doors. He was gracious and kind enough to let me take the key back to the vehicle to try it. And of course the key worked! So I drove back and had additional key made and he came out to feel how the key worked in the lock and tweaked both keys. It must have been 20 or so years ago that Fred Stokley installed deadbolts on the front doors of my home. It is only now, all these years later, that minor repair / adjustment was needed to return both locks to their original working order (the problem being with us as the users, not the locks).
