The Center Yoga Collective
“I went to my first yoga class in more than ten years Saturday with Suzanne and it was perfect - good work modifiable to the level I walked in at that left me feeling steady and worked, but not debilitatingly sore or weak or anything that would keep me from coming back. In fact, I just left a class with Niki today that felt very different and was also accessible, possible to go to whatever edge I wanted to reach and modify as needed and without penalty (and with possible modifications offered as the norm, just as with Suzanne). Trying to care for myself again with as much vigor as I care for my kids/family and this is a helpful, whole way to start.”
