“I am new to the area and decided to give yoga a try at the center. I was nervous to venture into a new journey through yoga, but The Center was welcoming and there was no judgement present in these classes. The Studios are extremely beautiful and have a calming vibe. The area feels clean and safe. I had a difficult time finding the door at first, but I called ahead and they gave great instructions. I am thankful to have found this peaceful community and setting.“

“Very intimate studio, classes are often small. Sue is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had! Very knowledgeable, attuning her classes to the requests of her students but also encouraging us to try new things. Now that I've moved, I really miss this studio!“
