I'd done some extensive research (and my father is in textiles, so I had his input as well), and Amin's answer to every question was on target. He was honest, helpful, and extraordinarily kind. Selection was good, his visit to do the measuring was a pleasure, and he worked to give me a price that beat other estimates for the same carpet. His installers were friendly, careful when moving furniture, and worked hard. They took the time to hammer in any nail pops and screwed down the plywood in numerous places where we had squeeks. Even so, they finished the job sooner than we expected, and we were very pleased with the results. I would recommend Royal Floors to anyone without reservation!“

Options were patching (cutting a patch from closet) or new carpet-- we opted for new. Werco was prompt, efficient and well priced. Took them about a week to get the carpet on hand, and then they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would to do it.
