They showed me stretches to do and before I left they’d printed a booklet of specific stretching exercises. It had a QR code on the first page for a mobile version too. After stretching exercises were completed, they set me up with a heating pad and those little electrical pads that pulsate, which helped my muscles relax. Anyhoo… I appreciate the staff and how tranquil and supportive the experience has been. Though it had only been two weeks, I am feeling encouraged by the progress.“
