“I will recommend anyone who needs PT to Hilltop physical therapy! Especially pelvic floor therapy. The two therapists that I have been working with are amazing very knowledgeable above and beyond any therapist that I have ever been treated by. They not only treat the area but the whole body, as we all know other parts of the body can be affected by injury. I have been involved in sports my entire life, and have had nagging pain that previous therapists could not manage. I trained in martial arts for 12 yrs and have had my fair share of injuries. I felt skeptical about some of the exercises but trusted in their process, and did my exercises at least 4-5 times a week. I feel I'm at the end of treatment and that's why I waited to put a review. I also suffered with pelvic discomfort for 24 years!! Doctors made me feel crazy about my pain. I bounced back from obgyn to Gastro doctors. Testing for UTI, yeast, bacteria all negative every dam time, still had no answer. Also had several colonoscopies & endoscopies with no answers. Finally a PA through my women's care referred me to Hilltop. Best decision I ever made. Kirsten Park is so in depth knowledgeable about the womans body, what nerves are affected, breathing, and muscles that affect the pelvic floor. Zina has amazing knowledge of the human body finding weak muscles that are affecting more than just the injured area. It's been a long process with PT twice a week, lots of "homework " exercises. But I went from daily pain of 8-10 to a 4-5 maybe once or twice a week!! Their knowledge and expertise have made my quality of life so much better. I'm happier because my pain is considerably less.“

“I recently moved to the area and was searching for a new massage therapist. Rachel was the first one I booked with and I think my search will end with her! Booking the massage online was easy and there are options for add-ons (some free of charge). I chose a deep tissue massage with aromatherapy, gua shua and sound healing add ons.

Upon arrival, parking was easy. I was lucky enough to get a street spot right outside. There is also a parking garage close by. I arrived early and waited in my car until I received a text from Rachel saying she was ready. The massage studio is on the 2nd floor, and she requests that you wait downstairs until she is ready. Upon entering the space, I felt immediately at ease with the calming music, plants and calming scents. Before the massage, Rachel asked me questions about areas to focus on.

The massage itself was amazing. The aromatherapy and gua shua were the best tools to help release a lot of stress I've been holding in my body since moving. She was also able to identify areas of tension that I didn't know existed (until the deep tissue massage brought out the pain, lol). At the end, she provided a sound healing session with the sound bowls in the room. It was beautiful, peaceful and just what my body and soul needed. I will definitely be booking another massage with Rachel soon!“
