“I’ve been seeing Dr Tammy since July/August and it’s such a blessing I got in contact with her through my aunt. When we moved to VA I broke out in full body hives and swelling. Nothing was working, I hadn’t taken a pharmaceutical medication in 10 years, but I was desperate so I got a steroid shot and took some allergy medicine. It didn’t touch it! I started seeing Dr. Tammy and after the first appointment started to feel relief. I saw her monthly for a few months and all my hives are gone. She is so knowledgeable and such a sweet person. She really listens to you and wants to help you get better. She would send me research articles after appointments so I could learn more as well and it was so nice to be able to read more about everything she would talk about during appointments. I highly recommend seeing her for anything you may be dealing with.“
“I was struggling with pretty bad sciatica for about 10 years, I had seen multiple MD doctors and another chiropractor and they could not diagnose me.I started seeing doctor Paul and he was able to diagnose me and put together a treatment plan in the first week. After a couple weeks of adjustments and other treatments, my pain was pretty much gone. No medication.Would definitely recommend this practice. They have a very good team of people, very friendly and professional.“
“We LOVE lighthouse chiro! I've been going for a year and feel so much better with my adjustments. Dr.Michael recommended adjustments for my son who was suffering from ear infections, he had 8 in 2023. Every time he had any type of congestion, it would turn into an ear infection. After two visits with Dr.Michael, no more infections. Kai hasn't had an ear infection since September and has had congestions and colds. I'm truly amazed that the adjustments worked so well for my son. Thank goodness we gave this a try, saved my son from having surgery. “This is a really great office. I’ve been doing PT on/off here and at another office until I found out that I needed surgery to fix a labral tear. As soon as I found out that I needed surgery, I knew I wanted to come back to see Michelle post surgery, she’s awesome. Momentum is very busy so I had to split my time with Michelle and Danny. They are both great. I know I’m in good hands with a very knowledgeable staff. I’m glad I’m doing recovery here. They are very personable and have such positive attitudes. They are busy for a reason! Cindy at the front desk is really nice too.“

I could spend all day there and practically did this Sunday for a couples massage. While my boyfriend received his 90 min Athletic Management massage, I unwinded in the new relaxation area in the back and tried out the Ionic Foot Detox Bath. I really enjoyed this new service and highly recommend giving it a try. I spent the rest of the time drinking tea from the beverage station and stretching. I felt so much more relaxed and ready for my 90 min Self Care Hero massage then when I first walked in the door. Her massage techniques are unmatched and customized for each of her clients. My boyfriend spent his time after his massage trying out the new Infrared Sauna and relaxing as well. “The whole staff is excellent! I've been to a few chiropractors and had just resolved to having to deal with lower back pain for the rest of my life, even with chiropractic treatment. They are the only one to take xrays in the office, analyzed it and reviewed it with me, along with progress reports during my treatment. I've had others recognize that I have one leg shorter than the other, but Dr. Paul has been the only one to visually show me the impact it has on my lower spine (it was shocking). He immediately put me in an orthotic which leveled my pelvis and straightened my lower spine to help relieve the pressure. As a fellow athlete it's nice to know he understands the impact my issues are having on my performance.“
