“I was struggling with pretty bad sciatica for about 10 years, I had seen multiple MD doctors and another chiropractor and they could not diagnose me.I started seeing doctor Paul and he was able to diagnose me and put together a treatment plan in the first week. After a couple weeks of adjustments and other treatments, my pain was pretty much gone. No medication.Would definitely recommend this practice. They have a very good team of people, very friendly and professional.“

You might miss the door because there isn't a store front but once you're inside it is easy to navigate. She is so thorough and actually gave a deep tissue. Very professional and great value for price - you get a full one hour massage. We are so thankful we found her. 5/5 highly recommended!“

“Melissa is THE BEST masseuse I have ever known. And I have tried many including when we travel.I work out with a trainer at the gym 3 days a week, and on Friday, for the last 10 years, after my last workout of the week, I see Melissa for 80 minutes and that enables me to get back at my workouts hard on Mondays. I couldn't recommend someone with any higher praise than I recommend Melissa. BEST decision you will ever make! But remember, first thing Fridays is MINE???“

“I've been seeing Liahna for about 6 months now and she is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever seen. Her new Vitality Vibe Wellness Center has taken the experience to the next level. I could spend all day there and practically did this Sunday for a couples massage. While my boyfriend received his 90 min Athletic Management massage, I unwinded in the new relaxation area in the back and tried out the Ionic Foot Detox Bath. I really enjoyed this new service and highly recommend giving it a try. I spent the rest of the time drinking tea from the beverage station and stretching. I felt so much more relaxed and ready for my 90 min Self Care Hero massage then when I first walked in the door. Her massage techniques are unmatched and customized for each of her clients. My boyfriend spent his time after his massage trying out the new Infrared Sauna and relaxing as well. These new services and location upgrades are a game changer, we wish Liahna much more success in her new space and can't wait to come back! “The whole staff is excellent! I've been to a few chiropractors and had just resolved to having to deal with lower back pain for the rest of my life, even with chiropractic treatment. They are the only one to take xrays in the office, analyzed it and reviewed it with me, along with progress reports during my treatment. I've had others recognize that I have one leg shorter than the other, but Dr. Paul has been the only one to visually show me the impact it has on my lower spine (it was shocking). He immediately put me in an orthotic which leveled my pelvis and straightened my lower spine to help relieve the pressure. As a fellow athlete it's nice to know he understands the impact my issues are having on my performance.“

“I always love my facials with Kristin. You can tell she loves her job and her clients because she always remember things about my life. Its like a facial session and therapy session all in one. I get to relax if I need to, but vent if I need to as well. Her facials in general are really good, I always leave feeling really glowy, and she gives the best recommendations on what products will suit my skin best.I prefer facials to massage personally, but all the therapists I've tried are good. My favorite is Sonya. She gives the best relaxing massages and relieves my tension in the most gentle way.“

The masseuse for each of us were highly knowledgeable and went right to work kneading all the kinks out of our bodies with such skill and precision. They used warm rocks to keep areas already massaged warm and loose. Best massages ever as the ladies were so sweet and caring. We plan on making this at least a twice a month health goal. Very comfortable area and exceptionally affordable in comparison to those "chain massage" stores.“
