About Massage Envy

Massage Envy is a business that offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services, contributing to overall body wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The staff, including a receptionist with curly hair and another one named Nia, are known for their welcoming and polite demeanor. They provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about the services.

The atmosphere at Massage Envy is described as zen and relaxed, ideal for a spa experience. The estheticians, such as Camy and Coree, pay close attention to detail and are gentle with sensitive skin. They recommend appropriate products and services without overselling.

A first-time facial client from Georgia expressed initial fears but was put at ease by the front desk agent, Annabel, who explained the process and what to expect. The client was given water while waiting and felt much better about the visit. Overall, Massage Envy offers a great experience with excellent service and professionalism.

Adding to my original review: Liam is excellent at stretching exercises. He was able to target my problem area and provided much needed relief.

I’ve been coming here for two years now. Front desk staff are always super friendly and professional. One time I was not happy with a service and the owner contacted me and made it right. I have a membership but may cancel when my contract is up only because I do not go as often as I thought I would. The best massage therapists there that I have experienced so far is hands down Diane, Jackie second place and the Choi would be my 3rd pick so far.

I am slowly trying to achieve a great balanced routine in taking care of my skin and at the age of 77, it’s important to do whatever I can to treat my skin to a gift of great products. I trust her suggestions and also appreciate her allowing me to gradually get comfortable with the products that Massage Envy offers without high pressuring me to purchase more at once. I am the customer that will respond well… read full review

Jackie is absolutely a great therapist. She can fix all those aches and pains. She’s always attentive to whatever is going on and does a wonderful job I go to her exclusively and so does my wife.
