The estheticians, such as Camy and Coree, pay close attention to detail and are gentle with sensitive skin. They recommend appropriate products and services without overselling. A first-time facial client from Georgia expressed initial fears but was put at ease by the front desk agent, Annabel, who explained the process and what to expect. The client was given water while waiting and felt much better about the visit. Overall, Massage Envy offers a great experience with excellent service and professionalism.
I had an amazing experience with Choi! Choi is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly gifted at what she does. She took the time to understand my areas of tension and customized the massage to meet my needs. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free. Her technique, professionalism, and caring spirit made this one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Choi to anyone looking for quality therapeutic massage services!
One of the best! From front desk/reception to the massage therapists and estheticians. Choi - massage therapist - is one of the most skilled and relaxing therapists I've ever had, and I've been fortunate enough to have had hundreds of massage therapists around the US and world. Choi is definitely at the top of the list. Best part is you can tell she sincerely cares and tailors her massage to your health issues and tolerances. The other therapists are excellent too and unlike other clinics, have not had a bad massage or facial at this location.

I got a call from the general manager. She took care of all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me. Changed to 4 stars....
