Another local company wasn’t going to be able to make it out for 5 days. I called Vailes and they said they would squeeze me in towards the end of the day and they did. My technician Chad made me feel very comfortable and walked me through everything step by step, and got my AC up in running in under 30 minutes. Super grateful and signed up for the maintenance plan so I have better peace of mind.
Love our dentist and most of the hygienists. Our hygienist today was so kind and very helpful to explain ways my daughter could be flossing better under her braces. At our last appointment the team member working on my daughter commented several times how small her mouth was and told her to open her mouth larger when she literally couldn’t and then told her she needed to follow directions better. Totally embarrassed her and was not necessary. I guess some medical folks have better bed side manners than others. We still would recommend Willis.

Without hesitation or reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend Jon to anyone seeking lawn care/maintenance and landscaping services. Jon Grant has consistently shown himself to be a man of integrity who cares deeply about his work and about respecting me as a customer. My lawn looked beautiful after he and his son were finished every week, and the landscaping he did for me was lovely, leaving everything looking detailed and thoroughly weeded. In the Fall, he cleaned up ALL leaves from my yard for a great price, and throughout the year would haul away branches, etc... that would need to be removed. He and his son would take time to explain to me what they did and why in order to get my very neglected yard(I was a renter) to look absolutely great over the two years he cared for my yard. John and his son are so personable and delightful to work and talk with. Jon is a man who clearly loves his family and cares for anyone (including your pets) he serves. Jon is so fair and reasonable in his pricing, he ALWAYS shows up when he is scheduled to be there for you (for me, it was weekly) he is so dependable and honest and always stands by his work and word to you- a blessing anytime, especially so in this day and time. If there would ever be anything you have an issue with, Jon is a man you can easily approach, and I am certain he will want to make sure he resolves that issue for you. I needed a hair cut asap . I had to talk my self into doing it because it was going to be a big change color and big chop . I finally succumbed to my fears and push forward. Savanna fit me in I was so scared….. she not only did an amazing job but she also educated me on my Specific type of hair. I brought in inspo pic of what I wanted she was not afraid to tell me that wasn’t going to “look” that way when I cut your hair . So we came up with a different style . Thank God for her to lead me in that direction because if we went my route it would’ve came out so good . She made me feel welcome and the salon its self was amazing. The Conversation that I heard was right in line with my beliefs I knew I went to the right place !!! She has gained a Client for life ! And I will spread the word !

Gary Sprouse came highly recommended to me by someone else in the HVAC business where he used to work in another town. He has maintained and replaced our heating/cooling systems for our 4 unit apartment house for 4-5 years now and provides stellar service every time. He always goes above and beyond in absolutely every way to keep my tenants happy and is incredibly dependable, fair and reasonable. There are many unethical companies out there, but this is one you will not have to worry about. He and his team are consistenly helpful, thoughtful, and honest. For this level of trust, I'd happily pay more, but he isn't about the money. After my initial contact with Dr. Brad’s office made me hesitant, Dr. Brad called me himself and put my mind at ease. Being unable to see the oral surgeon referred to me by my regular dentist for 5 weeks for an extraction, a family member told me about Drs. Bradford and Catchings. I called and they got me in the same day. Dr. Brad was very friendly and courteous and removed my tooth smoothly and without any issues. Very highly recommended!
Saw Dr. John Reed today. Was very impressed with his care. He listened to what I thought. He was courteous and professional. He did not appear to be in a hurry. So far I definitely would recommend him if you are looking for a physician.

I have been using a local barber in Waynesboro since I moved here but it closed. I had tried The Hair Cuttery once and it was fine, but I wanted a barber. I have seen Bob's when out near the cheese shop and decided to give it a try. Betty, who has been there since Bob's opened cut my hair. I walked in, signed in and within minutes, Betty came to get me. She was really nice and also did a great job. I found my new barber shop!

Called about yellow jackets mysteriously appearing in our kitchen (just one a day or so). Someone was able to come within about 24 hours. Josh spent nearly two hours with me discussing the problem and possible entry points, patiently watching their activity outside the house, etc. While we didn't arrive at an answer to this mystery, he made some suggestions about things we could do that eventually made a difference. I thought he had good expertise about this situation and that he took a lot of time with us. I was really pleased with Holistic, and I wouldn't hesitate calling them in the future.
Not only did we receive prompt care for our kitty, but we also loved everyone working there, from the receptionist to the Veterinarian!
