Vailes Professional Remodeling, Plumbing, Heating & Air
“Vailes Professional Remodeling, Plumbing, Heating & Air has handled several projects for us, and their service has been exceptional across the board.
They completed plumbing repairs and installed a new 50-gallon A.O. Smith natural gas water heater for us. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. They also installed a Mitsubishi two-zone ductless mini split system, with Jake leading the installation. Jake was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the work was clean and well-organized. Julie did an outstanding job performing the load calculation for the mini split, making sure the system was properly sized to perform well in our home. She took the time to walk me through the calculation and explain everything clearly, which gave me real confidence in the system we chose. It has worked phenomenally, and our home stayed so cool and comfortable all summer. Most recently, Jay F. came out to perform HVAC and boiler maintenance to make sure both our boiler and HVAC system are in good shape for the winter. Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was thorough, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running properly.
I have to give a special shout-out to Chad, who has been out to our home multiple times. He's friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and an all-around amazing technician. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right.
The office staff is just as great. Samantha is always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful whenever I contact Vailes. She makes scheduling and communication easy.
From the technicians to the office team, Vailes has earned my trust. I highly recommend them for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs!”
