Another local company wasn’t going to be able to make it out for 5 days. I called Vailes and they said they would squeeze me in towards the end of the day and they did. My technician Chad made me feel very comfortable and walked me through everything step by step, and got my AC up in running in under 30 minutes. Super grateful and signed up for the maintenance plan so I have better peace of mind.
Kim and Samatha were absolutely lifesavers. Within a 48 hour period, they had arranged affordable financing, assessed what was needed , and had there guy here to install the water heater!
