Vailes home improvement sets the standard for excellence here in the Shenandoah Valley. our kitchen and laundry remodel was done on time and with superior workmanship. Everyone we dealt with at Vailes was knowledgeable, considerate and honest.

We recently started an annual service plan for heating & air with Vailes, and yesterday was the first interaction with them. Their tech Michael came out to inspect and service our furnace and heat pump - he was the most polite, knowledgable and respectful technician I've ever worked with. During the service we learned that we needed a new filter with specs that's usually not in stock in any department store, but a quick drive to Vailes' office in Fishersville was the solution and they handed me the filters free of charge.
