Called about yellow jackets mysteriously appearing in our kitchen (just one a day or so). Someone was able to come within about 24 hours. Josh spent nearly two hours with me discussing the problem and possible entry points, patiently watching their activity outside the house, etc. While we didn't arrive at an answer to this mystery, he made some suggestions about things we could do that eventually made a difference.
