It took me a week to get an appointment and another week to get the appointment for the tooth extraction. The staff were wonderful, explained everything well, were kind and efficient.

Efficient, clean, courteous staff and not to busy where you would be forgotten. Procedure took no time, and Dr.Brandt was great at explaining at home care after surgery.I loved how 4 hours after surgery a nurse called to followup and ACTUALLY CARED!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

In all our experience was great. The staff were polite, respectful, and very nice, but I had to go myself to schedule my oldest daughter for her appointment, because her orthodontist sent quite a few referrals to to them for her to have her molars removed. I never got a callback. Never got an email or anything for them to reach out to me but once I showed up and explained it to them, they got me scheduled quickly, and again was very polite and gave me the paperwork I needed to fill out for her first appointment.
