The process of getting practical and immediate treatment was so efficient. I’m used to a bit of a “run around” from health care providers but this was so streamlined, Bonus: the teamwork and kindness of the receptionist-Kathy, and the specialist Jeannie was genuine and made me feel like a person -not a “customer” with a number. Highly recommended!

They have been doing everything they can to get my hearing aids fixed and back up. I don’t remember names to good but the doctor and receptionist are top notch very helpful ,nice ,and knowledgeable , they’re just great ?.

I had an excellent experience with my appointment. Attendants were friendly, knowledgeable, speedy but thorough.Suggested new hearing aids but wasn’t so pushy I probably would not have gone back.She was very interested that I had returned to get the consultation and understood the importance of not neglecting my hearing than a sale.
