I live in a single-family two-story home with a basement. My entire upper level has carpet throughout. We have pets that have had free range of every room, so there was significant staining and other issues that come with having pets and carpet. I also needed the carpet re-stretched in certain areas on the second floor.

The owner's sons showed up and were very professional — always smiling and clearly understood the full scope of work I needed done. They also connected me directly with the owner by phone, even though he wasn't on-site, to make sure all arrangements and agreements were clearly understood by both parties.

I had other contractors scheduled for estimates and already had a price point in mind for the scope of work. When I heard the owner's price, I was instantly in agreement — they came in well under what I expected, which made it a no-brainer.

The work took about three to four hours to complete. I did a walk-through afterward and everything was exceptional. There were a few stains I expected might not come out, and that was the case — but everything else was great.

My daughter and son-in-law needed to remove the carpet on their entire second floor (bedroom level) and replace it with hardwood. This was about 1400-square-feet … and it needed to match the hardwood they already had on their first floor (living room level).

“They did a very detailed work of cleaning the roof of a very tall house. They repainted a shed on the side of the house. They fixed a crack in a wall in the back of the house. They cleaned and painted the front of the house. They cleaned the garage door , restored the wooden frame of the garage door, and painted the frame. They removed, painted, and reinstalled the shutters by the windows of the house. Finally they cleaned and sealed our concrete driveway. This was all done in two days only.
