“Used them for a chemical free steam clean of the carpeted areas in my house. Jarrett Franklin did a great job. To my knowledge the carpet in this house had not been steam cleaned in its 25 year existence so there were some areas that were recommended for a high traffic clean. It was more money but I felt like the explanation for why it was recommended was clear and I did not feel pressure to decide one way or the other.

I went with the high traffic clean and those areas indeed look much better and whiter than before, so I am happy I took his recommendation.

I live in a single-family two-story home with a basement. My entire upper level has carpet throughout. We have pets that have had free range of every room, so there was significant staining and other issues that come with having pets and carpet. I also needed the carpet re-stretched in certain areas on the second floor.

The owner's sons showed up and were very professional — always smiling and clearly understood the full scope of work I needed done. They also connected me directly with the owner by phone, even though he wasn't on-site, to make sure all arrangements and agreements were clearly understood by both parties.

I had other contractors scheduled for estimates and already had a price point in mind for the scope of work. When I heard the owner's price, I was instantly in agreement — they came in well under what I expected, which made it a no-brainer.

The work took about three to four hours to complete. I did a walk-through afterward and everything was exceptional. There were a few stains I expected might not come out, and that was the case — but everything else was great.

On the stairway leading to the 2nd floor, the railing bracket was apparently accidentally broken, and the crew never mentioned it upon their departure. “They did a very detailed work of cleaning the roof of a very tall house. They repainted a shed on the side of the house. They fixed a crack in a wall in the back of the house. They cleaned and painted the front of the house. They cleaned the garage door , restored the wooden frame of the garage door, and painted the frame. They removed, painted, and reinstalled the shutters by the windows of the house. Finally they cleaned and sealed our concrete driveway. This was all done in two days only. They did not require supervision and had the initiative of looking for of details and needs. We had a detailed discussion of price ahead of time and they kept to the original deal. In the end they did more than what we discussed. Their price was good considering the amount of work to be done. I am very happy with them and the very good job they did.“

I did not want to do everything all at once, so when I requested an estimate, they came out and measured all areas, but broke it up as requested. No pressure and answered all my questions. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. Both installations went well and look great! I especially appreciated the time the tile installer took to discuss the layout with me. I chose a larger tile for a smaller space, which is typically difficult to work with, but he had great suggestions and I couldn't be happier with the finished product!
