“I needed to have a leaking gutter repaired. It turned out the gutter was actually uneven (probably bent from all the rain and wind we have been having). Rich was nice enough to let me know it wouldn't be much extra to hang a new gutter versus repairing the old one so that's what we did. Work was complete within the week and the repair itself only took about an hour. I'm pleased as punch with their service, honesty and professionalism.
