My experience using Sotero to replace my roof and skylight was exceptional. Throughout the process, Agustin was knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with; he even went out of his way to help me make the perfect selection for my roofing color. His crew was conscientious, polite, and did an amazing job. When the job was finished, I walked perimiter of my home and it was immaculate, like they were never there. We have been using Sotero since 2012. He has done 6 of our properties. He communicates any deviations in the plans and is professional and his crew does a very good job at cleaning up. He makes sure safety is their top priority and has 40 years of experience! Definitely a down to earth type of guy !
