“ASA replaced my entire roof, drip edge, and flashing 6 years ago and I have the 10 year warranty in my contract. Now, I have a piece of flashing that the has blown off. I have been calling for a week now they continue to give me the run around and tell me they will call back to schedule a day for them to fix they never call back.

“Several years ago in 2015, KCSI did a great job replacing the siding on my single-family home, detailing all of the window trim, and replacing a sliding glass door with a patio French door. After we noticed water damage on the bedroom ceiling in our townhouse, we read the reviews and, called Low Cost Roofing (LCR). Rolando was able to come over the following day. He performed a thorough interior and exterior inspection of our roof and clearly documented the issues including providing pictures. He clearly explained our options and the benefits and costs of each of them. We chose to have our roof completely replaced. He sent a crew over the following morning to temporarily repair the problem. And, we were able to schedule the work within a week. He and his crew completed the roof in a single day. They were extremely professional. Rolando provide a full set of before and after pictures and the crew left the area around our townhouse cleaner than they found it. He also arranged for a contractor to perform the necessary interior repairs which were completed the following week. We were very satisfied with the work Rolando and his crew did on our townhouse and we strongly recommend Rolando and LCR to anyone in the DMV area who is dealing with roof-related issues.“
