We were very pleased with the service. Our sewer line backed up during the last snowstorm and they came out promptly. Problem was corrected in a timely manner, and we were informed in detail of the process.

Edgar was very knowledgeable about repairing our gas water heater. He took the time to make us feel comfortable and explained exactly what needed done. He was quick and efficient. He charged a fair price even when it was an emergency. He explained over the phone how to stop the water flow, shut off the gas, and turn off power at the fuse box. He cared about our families safety. We will definitely use him again for all our plumbing needs.
